Dr. Tang became a dentist because it allows him to be creative in solving problems, work with his hands, and help people improve their smiles and gain confidence. Some of the most memorable moments of his career have been seeing people with tears of joy when they first saw their new smile and helping restore a patient's teeth so they could eat food properly again. Dr. Tang and his wife Sammie have two kids, Oliver and Leina. They enjoy family walks in the park, cooking, and trying new restaurants together. He also enjoys running, gardening, trying new foods, and vacationing to the beach. Dr. Tang served in the U.S. Navy and outside of work, he volunteers at Nothing but the Truth Community Dental Clinic with families who cannot afford dental care.
