Dr. Bailey chose a career in dentistry because it allowed her to combine her passions for science, creativity, service, and meaningful patient relationships. As a pediatric dentist, she loves helping children feel safe, understood, and confident during their dental visits while creating positive experiences that encourage healthy habits for life. Outside the office, Dr. Bailey enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children. She loves sharing her favorite food, Mexican cuisine, with her family and unwinding with a good book after a rewarding day. Her favorite book is The Alchemist.
